Before we begin, we design the shape together and choose the tone based on your features, your skin tone and the look you want. We show you the drawing and only continue once you fully agree. Nothing is permanent until you approve it.

For most clients the procedure is very well tolerated. We apply a topical anaesthetic to the area before starting, which significantly reduces sensitivity. You may feel a mild pressure or tingling sensation, but not sharp pain. Sensitivity varies depending on the area and the individual.

Eyebrow microblading lasts around 1 to 2 years, and lip micropigmentation around 1 to 3 years, depending on skin type, the area treated, and aftercare. Oilier skin types or greater sun exposure tend to break down the pigment sooner. Periodic touch-ups keep the result looking its best.

The final result is visible 4 to 6 weeks after the session, once the healing process is complete. In the first few weeks the pigment may appear more intense and then lighten. That is why we include a free touch-up session to refine colour and shape once the skin has fully healed.

For the first 7 to 10 days it is important to keep the area clean and dry, avoid direct sun exposure, refrain from applying makeup over the treated zone, and avoid scratching or picking at any skin that forms during healing. We provide detailed aftercare instructions at the end of every session to ensure the best possible result.

Generally two sessions are carried out: the main session and the free touch-up included in the price, approximately 4 to 8 weeks later. The touch-up allows colour and shape to be refined once the skin has healed completely. In specific cases an additional session may be needed, which we assess on an individual basis.
